Legacy's PIT system is also safe and for all fitness levels. It allows each participant to adjust the weights and intensity level at each station.
Most people lack motivation, need accountability and want variety when it comes to exercise and Legacy covers all three.

After attending one year: I would say the classes and trainers are amazing for a great quick sweat. I loved the trainers, music and workouts. The community sucks though - outside of handful...

This place deserves all the awesome reviews that it gets. I've been coming here for four years. They were the only one of the few gyms that stayed open during Covid. Joe is freaking awesome.
