First time staying here and I was very pleased with my room. We had a room on the water which made it better! Our room also had a stove, big mini fridge and microwave... room 11!!!

Beware of your Charges! Especially if you book through Expedia Hotelsone. Called owner a week in advance to ask if we could check in an hour early 2p.m.. 3 is check in time. Andy said sure....

If I could give Lake "Assy" inn 0 stars I would! It smells, there's roaches, BEWARE! Didn't get far enough to start looking for bedbugs. Disgusting!

What your credit card card charges when checking in and out. Andy can't be trusted. He likes to charge everything before you check in. It's a hole in the wall. Nothing good about it. Beare!
