During the second year Keelco Inc saw the need to start a Power Sweeping Company to complement its existing business. From there Keelco Inc has grown into a Total Maintenance Company. We now provide Seal coating, Striping, Painting, Pressure Washing, Portering and other services in three states with offices located in Jacksonville, and West Palm Beach, FL. The one main reason for Keelco's success is that the Foremen who works in the field are owner operators that have years of on site experience. Our owner operators have comprehensive training program that provides job competence and product knowledge. They operate under a step-by-step service program, which offers the customer the best complete maintenance program available in the market place.
