Hello! My name is Kaelyn Buzzo, an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I love helping clients looking to lose fat, gain strength and muscle, or simply want to gain structure in their workouts through smart programming. I use different methods depending on what my client enjoys doing or what their goals are but specifically, I lean toward weight and resistance training, H.I.I.T., and cardio-based workouts. My goal as a trainer and nutrition coach is to help my clients learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle rather than to constantly fall off the wagon with unrealistic and strict expectations. Our goal together is to create a program and meal plan that is sustainable and continues to create results. I have a lot of experience meal planning/training vegans, so if you're a vegan come my way! And if you're not, still come my way! I'm looking forward to working with you :)
