Juvenile Services Program was established as a private, nonprofit agency in 1976 in Pinellas County in the state of Florida. The agency is operated with a Department of Labor s demonstration grant and administered by Learning Systems, a criminal justice consulting firm in the state of Massachusetts. Juvenile Services Program offers intake screening, residential emergency shelter care and gender specific programming services. The agency provides foster care, education, judicial and community outreach programs. Its programs include Harbinger House Emergency Shelter for Boys, Choices: A Chance to Change (C2C) for Girls, Adopt-A-Family Holiday Giving Program, Intake Screening Services and Intensive Deliquency Diversion Services.
