With private academic schools on campus and students from more than 46 states and 75 countries, IMG Academies is one of the largest multisport training and educational facilities created for young athletes. IMGA delivers sports training experiences to more than 12,000 junior, collegiate, adult and professional athletes each year. Its principal mission is to prepare its students for college and life, provide an environment for quality education and athletic training, provide some of the world s finest sports specific training facilities and provide mentors who lead by example. The different facilities at the academy include campus facilities, including classrooms, lecture halls and resident and dining halls; sports facilities, including tennis, baseball, basketball, golf and soccer; the International Performance Institute, which is a 10,000 square foot weight room with multiple training surfaces; the Pendleton School for kindergarten through twelfth grades; and the Sports Medicine Center.
