With more than 600 employees, 900 consumers and Florida locations from Orlando to Tampa, Quest is the third-largest nonprofit organization in central Florida and the largest one of its kind that assists central Floridians with disabilities. The organization serves consumers in Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Hillsborough counties. Quest provides training and support services, which enable hundreds of individuals with disabilities to become productive workers and taxpayers. More than 400 of Quest s Orlando-area consumers are working for companies, such as AAA, Walt Disney World, Nike, Sea World, Universal Studios, OUC The Reliable One and the Orange County School System. In addition, Quest operates Camp Thunderbird, one of three accredited summer camps in Florida for developmentally disabled people. In the Tampa area, the organization also offers an array of home services, which includes respite care and live-in assistance.
