Counseling provides a safe zone for people to be authentic. The journey to self-awareness is my primary focus in the process of counseling. I believe in transformation of mind, body, and soul to occur when we accept present circumstances. I have worked with clients of all ages, with a variety of challenges. Depending on the client's needs and preferences, sessions vary from a meditative approach, to more directive life guidance. As an integrative mental health counselor, I offer a range of therapy styles from individual cognitive behavioral therapy, to meditation/relaxation guidance. Being present-focused has improved my own life immensely, which inspires me to share this quality with clients. I encourage every person who has the opportunity, to attend therapy for the sake of mental clarity and balance. I love to see relief and peace in my clients as they exit our sessions.
