I joined the Y because they have the only swimming pool in Hernando County that is open to the public, but I found a lot more. For $41 a month, there's so much exercise equipment and free weights...

The East Pasco Family YMCA is a nonprofit organization that offers a range of educational and recreational programs for children, youths and adults. It offers swimming classes, as well as training for the development of honesty, respect, responsibility and teamwork. The East Pasco Family YMCA provides a value-oriented program for teenagers between the ages of 12 and 18. It also offers after-school, gymnastic, aquatics, and summer and holiday programs. The organization conducts group exercise sessions and fitness and wellness classes, including, yoga, Pilates, zumba and cycle workout. Additionally, its facilities feature a nursery, swimming pool, and youth and game rooms. Located in Zephyrhills, Fla., the East Pasco Family YMCA is a part of the Tampa Metro YMCA.
