Euphemia Haye was the grandmother of Leslie R Buntin, founder of this establishment. Les wanted to have a restaurant with a warm, friendly, ambiance and excellent service, and, as chef, to create an imaginative menu from the finest foods available. In 1980, Chef Raymond and D'Arcy purchased Euphemia Haye Restaurant and have striven to maintain those high standards, and, along the way, created even more of their own. Since purchasing the small 28 seat restaurant, Euphemia Haye Restaurant has enjoyed serving increasing numbers of knowing clientele. Expansions over the years have enabled more patrons to enjoy our 70 seat downstairs fine dining by reservation. Upstairs and what was once three loft apartments is now The Haye Loft. The Haye Loft showcases our award-winning Desserts, Top-Shelf Spirits, Select (downstairs) menu items, Gourmet Pizzas, Exotic Coffees & Teas, and quality Live Music in a relaxed and artful atmosphere.
