Typical in most the bathrooms here. Substandard work. I didn't do it. Residents pay big $$$ to be here and this is what they walk into

This was before I "repaired" laundry room floor

This is how my manager wanted me to repair this floor in the laundry room. Instead of letting me put new tile just pour concrete

This sink was leaking heavy amount of water. This is how much material I had to re install new just 1 sad lonely pipe

This wall took several days. I'm no drywaller so I needed help. But it took days to get materials even though MGMT is right up the street
