Absolute best sandwich I've had in years. Fresh, tasty and the flavors of the veggies with the toasted bread were VERY memorable.

History

Several years ago, The Bazaar on Apricot & Lime, an indoor indie market opened in The Limelight District. Vendors and shoppers were hungry and there was no place nearby to eat. Hamlet's Eatery food truck was started to solve that problem and is located in the beautiful courtyard of The Bazaar.
