That is why nearly 30 years ago, Redmond began an experiment. What if there was a place where we could find our greatest opportunities for fulfillment, personal development, and deep, lasting connection? What if that place was work? Our dream is for work to become a place where everyone feels like they are a part of something greater than themselves, where they are able to develop and volunteer their uniqueness, and a place where they have true friends. We are 30 years in, and still striving to bring this vision closer to reality.
