It's not an accident that we have been in the same location since 1984...started by George Petrakis, with his origional Greek recipes....Carl Hixon took over the reigns, in 1998, after an untimely death of George...Prideing ourselves on fressness, homemade, ingredients...Carl still makes the dough and sauce for the pizzas...We only use the freshest hand picked tomatoes available...The cheese is made by Grande...that has a reputation as being the best cheese that money can buy...
