Garden Patio Villas Association was developed in 1977. We surround the Margate Executive Golf Course. With 83 villas, we are a small restricted 55+ community where we enjoy the quiet and friendly community with beautiful trees and birds all around our homes!

Our homeowners association specializes in a 55+ restricted community with close-knit group of residents living in a community of 83 villas plus a community center and pool. Many of our residents live against the Margate Executive Golf Course. We have plenty of birds, trees and enjoy the lovely surroundings of our 55+ community!
