This chip was hidden with a grab bar. Tile is uneven.

Cracked tile poorly drilled for faucet. Cost to fix during installation was @$2.00. Having it all ripped out is going to be very costly.

Chips during installation were not corrected.

Wanted even more money despite my complaints. Not insured. I was misled and cheated.

Tile to left of the window doesn't match. Cost of a piece of matching tile is @$2.00. Zero pride in work or attention to details.
