Another Nocatee resident had her dog die and she had the wellness plan. She notified them her pet died then they sent her a letter demanding $278.46!!!!

This is not a good place to bring your animal. If there's a serious condition with your pet, they will most likely not handle it correctly. They are too busy and at the same time incompetent....
