In 1951, at the invitation of founding partner, C. Alfred Zinn, R. Donald Cultice began the practice of law in the Zanesville-Muskingum County community. Mr. Zinn, who opened the original office in 1928, and Don Cultice served as the major catalysts of the firm’s development and evolution.
