HistoryTraveling in England and Scotland, we fell in love with the Bed and Breakfast concept. After moving into a large house in the historic district in 1989, we decided to try sharing our home with travelers from around the world. We began welcoming bed and breakfast visitors into our home in 1992, and haven't looked back. We've done a lot of up-grading to rooms as our guests' needs have changed; they remain comfortable retreats for business travelers and other visitors to the city. Due to new state regulations in 2008, St. Johns House is now closed for six months each year. We are open November through May, closed March.SpecialtiesSt. Johns House is a Bed & Breakfast in the European tradition, offering overnight lodging in our home, along with a hearty breakfast, to travelers.
