Digital Running Club offers running coaching and training, educational resources, support and special events. The staff consists of Dr. Brian Darrow, a specialist in running, Tracy Gariepy, a certified personal trainer, and Katherine Pennington, a writer and lifestyle and diet coach.
Training plans offered include Digital Running’s Couch-to-Half-Marathon Plan, Beginner’s 18-Week Half-Marathon Training, Intermediate 18-Week Half-Marathon Training, and Advanced 18-Week Half Marathon Training.
