Everything is cooked from scratch daily: no yesterday's meat or sides. Our homemade potato salad, cole slaw, and baked beans are made each morning using recipes we grew up with and with locally sourced ingredients. Finally, our sauces are our own, made in small batches from scratch. No doctored-up grocery store sauce! We want to serve fresh food, smoked low and slow, that we would be happy to serve our family and friends.
