About our Founder and President Born in Ottawa, Canada and raised in the Dominican Republic, Emile De Boyrie has more than 25 years of industry experience, which includes financial advising, Mutual Funds marketing, promoting and advising 401 ( k ) plan sponsors and participants. Upon attending Babson College in Boston, Massachusetts and Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ure a in Dominican Republic, Mr. De Boyrie began his career in the private banking sector at Banco de Santander. Mr. De Boyrie relocated to Miami in 1989, where he worked as an International Private Banking Officer for Southeast Bank, NA. In 1991, he became a Financial Advisor with Prudential Securities. An impressive resume backed by industry experience served as his invitation to join Fidelity Investments ( 1995 ) as an International Mutual Fund Wholesaler. In 2004, he moved to the Domestic front, where he was responsible for promoting and marketing Fidelity's Advisor Fund line up and 401 ( k ) capabilities, both with the plan sponsors and the participant. After twelve years with Fidelity, Mr. De Boyrie founded 401K Trainers.com ( 2008 ), a financial company dedicated to creating alliances with Human Resources representatives to provide market and investment education to plan participants throughout the US, thereby helping them to make informed decisions regarding their retirement plans. He holds S7, S65, S63 and S26 NASD Licenses, and serves as a Financial Representative under Horwitz and Associates in Miami. Horwitz & Associates, Inc is a securities broker/dealer located in the United States that is member of FINRA, SIPC and MSRB.
