Collier County Facilities Management is one of the departments operated by the Administrative Services of Collier County in Florida. It maintains more than 600 buildings and structures throughout the county. The department is responsible for the maintenance and repair of over 2.3 million square feet of building space. In addition to maintenance, it is responsible for maintaining the county's master space plan. The department also provides its services for building construction and renovation, janitorial, landscaping and grounds management, indoor air quality control, real estate services and government security. The building management unit of the department offers structural, electrical, plumbing and air conditioning services as well. Collier County Facilities Management, located in Naples, Fla., also offers a number of programs that include recycling and facilities management programs under the Ferris State University.
