I was charged $10 for pillow cases because my head wrap stained them. Soap and water could clean it out. I was charged for using things from the mini bar in which I didn't use any of those items....

I'm currently staying at room 334 and so far my stay was amazing. Everything is clean and staff are so friendly. They do room service everyday. Great restaurants around. I highly recommend this hotel.
