Lantana Town Hall houses various departments, including city council, administration, public services and finance departments. Its city council comprises six members and the mayor, and has commissions and committees, such as historical society, charter commission, natural resource conservation, planning commission and senior advisory. Its administration department is presided by city manager and executive assistant, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the city government.
