The City Manager's Office is responsible for directing the various departments of the city of Atlantic Beach, Fla. The office provides guidance in directing, supervising, coordinating and planning the day-to-day administration of the affairs of city. It is also responsible for the implementation of policies established by city commission. The City Manager's Office presents an annual budget to city commission for approval. The office coordinates a range of public information resources for internal and public distribution. In addition, the City Manager's Office offers long-range planning and the development of recommendations to city commission on several public policy issues.
