Putnals Premium Pine Straw is a supplier of baled pine straw in the Southeastern United States. Putnals Premium Pine Straw has its main office in Mayo, Fla. Putnals also has a sales office and spreading division in Norcross, Ga. It is a supplier in the nursery industry, as well as the landscaping industry, and offers contract spreading. Putnals produces two types of bales. The larger bale, tied with wire, is 14 by 14 by 29 inches. The minimum order is 912 bales. The smaller bale, tied with string, is 13 by 13 by 27 inches. The bales are loaded onto semi-trailers and shipped directly from the field. Putnals has have their own fleet of trucks and trailers. Putnals also have several independent truck drivers on call to help meet delivery deadlines during peak times.
