The property was purchased by the current owners late 2015 and renovations of all the cottages have been done. We are approaching final phases of renovating the former restaurant space with a pavilion to host private events. There is an existing lakeside air conditioned event space that seats about 40 (up to 80 with mingling) that is accepting rental reservations.

The Boathouse at Lake Santa Fe Harbor (formerly Buddy's Landing) is a historic site located just a short drive outside Gainesville, Florida. There are six cottages available for nightly, weekly or monthly rentals. There is also a beautiful lakeside event space to rent for your weddings, family reunions, corporate parties or meetings, baby showers, and other special events! We also offer private boat launching with vehicle and trailer storage for the day, on-site, gated dry boat storage and moorings.
