HistoryMy love of cooking began when I was still in high school, on Miami beach in 1962. I began by learning kosher recipes and butchering. I later started implementing those kosher spices into my own cooking. My passion was put on hold when I was drafted into the military during the Vietnam War. After serving 10 years for my country, I made a living by driving a rig and opening my own trucking company. It wasn't until many years later, in retirement, that I was able to reignite my passion for cooking by opening my own food truck.
