Lake Seminole Resort is a neighborhood of mobile homes that is beautifully well-kept and situated in an area that has a lot of great scenery. The area is age restricted, so only those ages 55 and above may become a resident of the neighborhood. One- and two-bedrooms and one-bath units are available, but unfortunately, the lot spaces are available only for sale. None are available for a monthly lot rental fee. While golf carts are permitted inside the mobile home area for easier mobility, they are not provided for rent or for sale by the office. A pool is provided for residents, as well as monthly activity events.
