We are perfectly located at the intersection of Hillsborough Avenue and 56th Street in Tampa, Florida. Our proximity to I-4, I-75, I-275 and Crosstown Expressway, makes for one of the most convenient and prime business locations in the entire Tampa Bay region. We continue to make upgrades to our property and have most recently added a Fitness Center for all tenants to take advantage of.
