Joseph F. Gaskill started Aquarius Water Refining, Inc. in 1975 from a screened-in porch from his Riverview home. In 1987 Gaskill built a 6000 square foot warehouse and showroom. Today Aquarius Water Refining is still family owned and operated serving all the Tampa Bay area.
