ADS Communications Systems was formed in 1996 to handle call center business for more than 400 accounts. The service was expanded to include voice mail, automated fax delivery of messages and the company installed a digital switch to enable full call automation of all customer accounts including complete order entry and full Internet integration of the call center. Operating from 25 workstations, the system can be scaled up to support 200 computers. It has high-speed Internet access with the ability to take orders on the net, handle chat response to the net and deliver any information using the Internet.
