Started in 1990, doing both pest control and termite inspections, started my own Pest Control company in 1994, sold it in 2000, and started doing full time home inspections and other associated inspection that accompany home inspections.

Have been inspecting homes since 1990, State Certified Home Inspector, State Certified Pest Control Operator & Termite Inspector (WDO), Member of Florida's Premier Home Inspection Association (FABI-Florida Association of Building Inspectors), Member of NACHI, Mold Inspections, Chinese Drywall. Quarterly Education through FABI. Certified Residential Thermographer-Infra-Red Camera. Our inspection are based on the highest standards in the State and are done according to both FABI & ASHI standards.
