The beach cottage is “rustic”; it is basically the same as when my father built it. Its charm is the view from the front porch. If you are looking for luxury or spacious accommodations, it is not for you. It has a living area with cable TV. A dining table that seats four is located in the living area, with seating for two more at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is small but functional. The back bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom separates the bedrooms, and like the kitchen it is small but functional. The front bedroom has a queen bed. It has central air. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. Parking for up to three cars is available at the side of the house, the garage is not available for parking.
