Intermodal Association of North America also known as IANA is one of leading industry trade association representing the combined interests of the intermodal freight industry in North America. The associations membership roster of over 900 corporate members includes railroads-Class I, short-line and regional, water carriers, stack train operators, port authorities, intermodal truckers, over-the-road highway carriers, intermodal marketing/logistics companies, and suppliers to the industry, such as equipment manufacturers, intermodal leasing companies and consulting firms. Its associate (non-voting) members include shippers, academic institutions, government entities and non-profit associations.
