History
After working in outpatient clinics for over 5 years, I started my own practice in 2016 to provide the best orthopedic care possible.
Specialties
Office, home, and video appointments available. As a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy, I also hold a diploma in MDT (the McKenzie method). I use MDT, based on movement and education, due to its effectiveness. Patients frequently experience a rapid reduction of symptoms in only a few visits and many see improvements which prior orthopedic care failed to achieve. My one-on-one treatments (without assistants or aides) provide the personal attention needed to teach patients how to treat themselves through targeted movement. The average number of visits is 6. In addition to my Ivy League bachelor's and top-ranked doctorate, I hold two orthopedic specializations. I have mentored many physical therapist and physical therapist assistant students as a credentialed clinical instructor and regularly attend, and assist at, continuing education courses across the country. Simply put, I love helping people get rid of their symptoms and get back to doing what they want to do!
