Beta Omega Social Services, Inc. (BOSS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2003 by the Washington DC Alumni chapter of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. Dedicated to improving the physical, economic, and communal well-being of underserved communities in the District of Columbia, BOSS focuses on providing training programs and support to minority youth. With a team of highly trained social workers, career development coaches, and therapists, BOSS offers modernized curricula tailored to address core issues faced by DC minority students.
Through their various programs, BOSS aims to make a lasting impact on the community, serving primary education schools and positively impacting the lives of countless students.
