SpecialtiesLearning at our School starts with training in language, stance, breath, shape, flexibility and strength. Students are taught one on one, the terminology, exercises and drills necessary for learning the 7-Star Praying Mantis Gung Fu Style. This training also includes the hows and whys of our style as well basic training forms, two person drills and applications. Students are taught to apply the style both through direct instruction and personal evaluation of the skill they are learning. Members learn at their on pace with both group and individual instruction available to all students no matter the level. Beginners, intermediate and advanced students are given ample opportunities to train and work together without the crippling effects of hierarchy and ego.
