Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship is a program offered by the Center for Heart & Vascular Health, which is a part of the Christian Care Health System. The fellowship program features academic classes in electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, echocardiography and cardiac imaging. It includes training services in patient management, therapeutic modalities, and invasive and noninvasive diagnostic s. The Christian Care Health System also serves over 45,000 patients annually. It is accredited by the American Association of Blood Banks, American College of Radiology, American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma and American Academy of Sleep Medicine. In addition, the system is a member of the American Hospital Association, Middle Atlantic Health Congress and Council on Teaching Hospitals of the Association of American Medical Colleges. It operates one of its health care facilities in Newark, Del.
