Sonitrol Security of Delaware Valley was founded in May of 1999, by Karl Ottosen and Joe Allen. Karl has been the owner of Sonitrol of Central New Jersey since 1985. Joe has been in the security industry since 1974 and started as a technician at Sonitrol in Philadelphia in 1980 and then moved into sales and sales management. Joe and Karl combined forces and started the Delaware Valley dealership which covers all of Delaware, Southern New Jersey & Philadelphia. Sonitrol grew quickly and in 2003 Sonitrol National Dealers Association awarded our dealership “Rookie of the year” as the fastest growing new franchise.
