The Strong Kitchen was created by Lucas Serwinski. Here's the story: A once budding young chef who graduated from New England Culinary Institute in VT was creating delicious food with wild ingredients for restaurant like Arrows, in Ogunquit, ME which was voted one of the top restaurants in the country by Food Magazine. But just creating great food wasn't enough. Lucas studied at UCONN in Exercise Science and assisting in nutrition research with the goal to bridge the gap between intelligent and results-driven exercise and great food. After interning at Cressey Performance in Hudson, MA, Lucas began working at Tuff Girl Fitness/FMA in Hamden, CT. After a year of working as a coach for training and nutrition clients, developing menus and creating a simple but effective meal plan template, The Strong Kitchen was launched. Now The Strong Kitchen provides convenient, varied and healthy meals that get results. We create great meals with YOUR needs in mind.
