Stenger Farm Park, founded in 1978, offers hiking trails, a fishing area, ice skating during the winter and a dog park. Its main entrance is across the street from Clark Lane Middle School on Clark Lane; there are four other entrances to the park: Norman Street, Summer Street, Kingfisher Way and Diane Drive.
The 107-acre farm was acquired by Waterford in 1978 after it was actively used from 1880 to 1950, holding cattle and horses. Horses were trained for harness racing on the grounds, with the training lap still visible on the grounds.
