Stamford Athletic Club opened in the Greek Cultural Center in 1994. This gym has everything to help whip you into shape. With free weights, strength and cardio machines and a pool, you can choose a different exercise for each day of the week. Group classes are available Monday through Saturday, with classes such as boot camp, step aerobics, yoga, mat pilates, Just Abs, Zumba and water aerobics. If you want a more individualized fitness experience, personal trainers are there to help take you to the next level. If interested in joining, you can schedule a tour on the club's website or over the phone. You can also request a two-week free membership.
