I have over 30 years of foodservice experience. I was a chef for many local well known restaurants and also in Innkeeper. I attended the Culinary Institue of America and have always been passionate about baking. I have a certified cottage kitchen in the state of CT. I can only sell in the state of CT. I started this business in late 2020.
Specialties
My specialties are bread and pastries, such as cinnamon rolls, cakes, and cookies. I have over 30 years of food service experience and my in-house bakery only uses the highest quality ingredients.
