The Connecticut Audubon Society Center at Fairfield, established in 1898, is a non-profit membership organization dedicated to the environment, environmental education, conservation and advocacy on behalf of the environment. The Connecticut Audubon Society Center at Fairfield, 2325 Burr St., adjoins its 152-acre Larsen Wildlife Sanctuary, which has more than seven miles of boardwalks and marked trails. Youth and adult educational classes and activities take place throughout the year at the Burr Street facility.
