An independent bookstore in downtown New London. We sell new and used books for all ages, all genres. We have our own parking lot shared with a coffee shop. We are a 2500 sq ft new and used bookstore proudly located in the Historic Waterfront District in downtown New London. We are New London's only bookstore. Owned and operated by husband and wife Christopher and Gina Jones, we opened our doors on 12/12/12. Independent bookstores survive by providing what a big box and online retailer cannot: community interaction. In addition to hosting dozens of author events each month, we have numerous community outreach programs and work with many charities. We are constantly in the media for innovative and effective social media implementation and the community focused approach to bookselling. We are members of the American Booksellers Association, New England Booksellers Association, Thames Valley Sustainable Connections, and The Eastern Connecticut Chamber of Commerce.
