The Windsor Recovery Club provides an environment for sober recovery. Its practice is rooted in the 12 step program to achieve positive results. Located in historic Windsor, the Recovery Club provides meetings, quit programs and social events to help build positive friendships based on sober relations. Also offered is an annual camping trip, several dances and dinners. The house can also be used by members simply to hang out and enjoy company. The Windsor Recovery Club is a nonprofit organization.

HistoryIn 1966 Judge Samuel Blasberg, along with other community leaders, founded Big Brother Association of Franklin County. In 1967 Big Brother Association of Franklin County held its first annual meeting. The Association had recruited and matched ten boys from the community with Big Brothers. Big Brother Association of Franklin County received a grant from the Greenfield Community Chest to open its first volunteer staffed office. The Community Chest became United Way of Franklin County, which continues to offer yearly financial support to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Franklin County. In 1970 Big Brother Association of Franklin County became an associate member of Big Brothers of America. In 1972 Big Brother Association of Franklin County was designated a 501(3) C b by the IRS.
