Crew Rowing is founded from four rowers who developed a passion for the rowing fitness program and the rowing community. When they were notified that the studio that they were members of was closing, they decided to personally invest to keep it going. This is what rowing does for you, if you give it some time, it becomes a part of your lifestyle. You develop a passion!!

Rowing builds strength and endurance and is an excellent cardiovascular workout that is stress-free to your joints. It is great for your core, improves your posture and can burn up to 400 calories in 30 minutes!
