Furniture Sharehouse's warehouse facility provides residents and local businesses of White Plains with a location to drop off their gently-used and/or new furniture and home furnishings. The collected items are then distributed among those in need such as the homeless, domestic violence victims, victims of natural disasters and other less-fortunate individuals and families. All items are distributed free of charge, and Furniture Sharehouse accepts monetary donations in addition to furniture and furnishings; volunteers are always welcome, and there are multiple positions available.
